Q. Can you book my hotel for me?

A. Yes: Simply quote IN055 when calling our hotel booking hotline on 0871 221 2717 and we will be happy to find and book accommodation for you! Please note that we do not take bookings or payments via email.

Q. Can I securely book accommodation online?

A. Yes: You can book any form of accommodation with complete confidence using ReceptionBell.co.uk. Our travel partners offer a range of booking services, all of which are fast, secure and offer up-to-the-minute room availability.

Q. Will I receive booking confirmation?

A. Yes: After you have booked a hotel online you will receive an email confirming the details of the accommodation, your booking and cancellation procedure. If you have booked a self catering property you will be provided with a booking reference during the booking process and you will also be requested to pay a deposit. If you should wish to confirm details of a self catering booking please call 0845 268 0947.

Q. If necessary can I cancel a booking?

A. Yes: Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel, but any booking can be cancelled, the majority without any charge. If you have any queries it is best to check the cancellation policy of the specific hotel or to contact the property directly.

Q. Can you provide more detailed information about the accommodation on your site?

A. No: Unfortunately some accommodation providers supply us with limited information about their property, rooms and facilities. Therefore ReceptionBell.co.uk cannot add to the information already published on the site.

Q. I have a complaint about accommodation that I booked, can someone help?

A. Yes: Contact the accommodation provider directly and make your complaint to them.

Q. Can you send me a brochure of accommodation and attractions?

A. No: ReceptionBell.co.uk is an environmentally friendly, paper-free, online guide to UK travel accommodation. For your convenience the ReceptionBell.co.uk website has been designed with printer-friendly pages.

Q. Can you recommend a place to stay or attraction to visit?

A. No: ReceptionBell.co.uk is an independent company that promotes all UK accommodation, attractions and venues equally. Please use our searches and directories to browse through our content.

Q. Can you provide me with directions or a route plan?

A. No: If you require driving directions please go to Google maps and input your start address and destination address to plan your route. ReceptionBell.co.uk is not responsible for the accuracy of Google maps.
